Q. How much do rental chair covers cost?
A. Our affordable prices start at only $3.50 per chair cover. Please remember that we are able to offer such a low price due to the fact that we are a direct manufacturer. You will not be sacrificing quality of style. Our products are made of the highest fabrics and materials and look like new every time. Please refer to our pricing schedule for a complete list of prices and packages.

For parties hosting up to 250 guests, the rental fee is $5.35 per chair cover, including a sash in the color of your choice, plus tax.
   
Q. How long does EChairCovers need for setting up?  
A. The setup for your chair covers will be completed on the day of your event. Many hotels and banquet rooms have time limitations for setting up. However, our staff can set up your chair covers in 2 hours or less from beginning to end, for as many as 250 guests. Larger events may take a bit longer. This includes on-site pressing services at no additional cost.  
   
Q. What is required to reserve a date with EChairCovers?  
A. An order form is required. You can submit your order form via email or by mail. A 30% deposit is required at the time of submitting an order form. The deposit is refundable up to 90 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within 90 days of the event are non-refundable.  
   
Q. Is the color on your web site an exact match?  
A. Our color library provides an accurate display of the tone and colors available through our company. However, the colors you see on your monitor may differ slightly.  
   
Q. We would like to match the color theme for our wedding. Can this be done with our chair covers?  
A. We recommend setting up a no-obligation appointment with our sales representatives at 949.232.3483 in order to view the exact color and shine. Our large color selection helps ensure we match your color theme. If your color is not available, a special order can be placed for your specific needs. Please inquire with our sales staff for details.  
   
Q.What should we expect on the day of the event?  
A. EChairCovers handles all arrangements with respect to your chair covers to ensure the room boasts a beautiful and elegant look. The delivery and setup occur in anticipation to the reception's starting time (all-inclusive packages only. Basic rental package does not include setup). The couple can have piece of mind knowing that the cleaning of the chair covers is included with the low rental fee. After the event, our friendly staff will pick up the chair covers. No need for the couple or event coordinator to worry about any chair cover arrangements. We handle everything from beginning to end!
